This just goes to show that sometimes justice
is served.
Maybe if enough of us got together, we could do
the same thing?

Notice in paragraph three, the date for Exhibit
10 is July 20, 1996,
the day that LLG died. Of course this would have been before they knew about
it. (I just thought that was interesting.) Also, where he said: “We are a
branch of the USA Church.” There were many questions Makura could not answer.
The reasons that the court believed the
plaintiff’s witnesses and not Makura’s.
1. Neither the defendant nor his witness was
credible. The defendant refused to answer difficult questions, contradicted
himself on numerous occasions and was totally unconvincing.
He failed to produce evidence to support his
story.
Defendant must surrender to the plaintiff……
